Waiting for transporter

[ FlexSim 23.0.7 ]

I have five operators and three processors. Operators are connected to a dispatcher. They move boxes from a queue to the processor and process the operation. When I run my model the dashboard shows waiting for transporter is 50% but I am struggling to understand how this is possible. (My model is too large to upload)

Accepted solution

Use a state gantt for the processors and track the operation as it runs. Verify the states are being set correctly. If the operators go off shift are the processors still waiting for transport?

Thank you, I found out the processors were assigned to different schedules.

I still face this issue for one of my processors after fixing the timetable issue. After 7 pm it must show as scheduled down but for one of the processors it is showing as waiting for transporter, although all the processors are assigned to the same time table.
