The time of entry of a token is a lot more than the exit time

Im simulating some process where i have different products an different types of demand, the model is running well but at some point, exactly at the time 33961.65 the some of the processors stop working and they get blocked, specifically the Fraccionamiento PR1 and the processor "TESTEO1", the first token i see that has the problem is the 1937 it enters some process, enters the daly and does those activities well but it doesnt get past that point, and the entrey time is 35891.65 and the exit time is 1199.

Why would this happen? Is a problem with the logic?

You have exceptions before that due (probably) to the item being removed from the processor before the process finish event has fired, as shown in the event list here:

Usually this happens when a user does not correcly link/synchronise the 3D and process flow models.
