Import a Patient Track from another model

Is there a way that I can import a Patient Track from a different model into a new model so that I don't have to recreate the track?

There's a Track Import/Export tool in the Toolbox that will let you export your tracks in a few different formats and import them into a different model.

Opening the Track Import/Export tool opens this window:
