Item merge immediately when it arrival the edge of conveyor

Hi, Everyone.

I try to use Conveyor Module to build a merge-conveyor system.

If the Power&Free conveyor has enough space for getting into, the item will be merged immediately to it instead of being wait at the edge of the conveyor.

You can see my sample model attached, I had set Ready Criteria to "Item Count 1". I think it should be a new Release Strategy, but I am not quite sure how to code it.

Any help will be appreciated.

I'm a little unsure of what you're looking for, if you want the items to just merge onto the Power and Free conveyor when there's room, you can just remove the merge controller. The merge controller will help you build slugs and release them, but if you just want the items to enter whenever they arrive, you shouldn't need a merge controller.

Thanks for your reply.

But if I remove the merge controller, the item will go directly to the Power&Free Conveyor to wait for enough room instead of waiting at the end of conveyor. (Can you see the GIF?)

What I'm looking for is the item will stop at the end of conveyor, and when it gets enough room in the Power&Free Conveyor, item will be merged immediately rather than follow other release strategy.

I'm unsure what it is you're trying to accomplish, I apologize. You want the boxes to move onto the conveyor when there's room, but only after everything else on the conveyor has left? Is that correct?

Sorry for my poor English. So I try to use some pic to explain,

What I want is:

1. Box will stop and wait in here

2. When an empty doggap(I don't know what this call in English) through, the box will get into immediately.

3.But now in my model, before the boxes are merged, they will miss a lot of doggaps.

Is it clear? Sorry for my poor ability of expression in English again.
