I am attempting to record a video and get an error that references DPI scaling. This PC has 4k capability. I have set the resolution to 1920 x 1080 with scaling at 100% and I still get the same error. Any ideas?

Have you tried closing, then reopening FlexSim, so that your PC is already at 100% when FlexSim starts?
If that doesn't work, perhaps rebooting after the change to 100%, then start FlexSim.
Let us know if that doesn't work and we'll come up with some more ideas.
It is able to start the record sequence. The problem now is, it keeps recording over and over. Never stops. Settings are 0, 10, 1, but the duration never calculates either.
This model has some proprietary information from a client; so I am unable to post.
I believe I am somehow misunderstanding the "Speed" setting. As I understand it, "Speed" in the video recorder should override and set the model run speed, but it is not functioning that way. I would like the model to run "faster" than "1" so I have tried multiple iterations of the manual speed slider and the video recorder speed setting; but I am not finding a winning combination. I am using a Flypath and am trying to run the model at a setting of "30" while flying through a the normal flypath speed.
Also FYI: I had to delete and create a new Video Recorder as the updated settings would not "take". It kept running the old settings.
