AGV Charge Point and Package Delay

Hi I Have uplaoded a model I am currently working on to trial the software. I Have a model collecting packages at the source and delivering them to the sink at a constant rate.

1) Can I add a charge station to the top left spur. I have tried to do this through the process floq template but cant seem to figure it out.

2) secondly If I wanted to add a delay at the source until the AGV leaves is this possible. The Packages will not be on a continuous process and the AGV must wait at this destination until the packages arrive.

Please see the AGV template by @anthony.johnson this model enumerates many of the control point connections and path configurations you might use in an AGV model when using these template process flows.
