@Matthew Gillespie can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the way the animations are done in FlexSim HC, and the way the legacy Operators were animated in the past WAS simply to animate the elements that make up the different staff and operators. In other words, the combinations of parts and features that make up the different Staff personnel in FlexSim HC are "put together" and are animated within the code of FlexSim HC. So if you want to use them as art assets you can, but you'll have to animate them yourself. Again, that's only according to my understanding, I could be wrong about that.
