Is the used seat count visible in the account details of a LAN license holder?

Hi,

I am wondering if the owner of a LAN license package can see the currently used license seat count when he goes to Flexsim.com -> Account -> My licenses and expands the license as one can with the standalone licenses? Or are the currently used license seats only visible through one of the network license tools?

I have a user for which the seats were not visible in his profile although they certainly were in use as there were multiple users using the LAN license.

Once seats are activated to a license server, they will show as not available in their flexsim.com account. The master license server no longer has them, so from the website's point of view, they are in-use. A client's license server does not communicate seat utilization to the master license server.

License server admins can look at lmadmin or lmtools to see their own seat usage from the point of view of their own license server. See the License server installation instructions, section Troubleshooting client-server licensing problems, bullet Seats all in use.
