What does the cell value in "Hourly Rates Repeating Weekly" mean ?

The periodic rates>Hourly Rates Repeating Weekly option in MTBF/MTTR window shows a table with all cell value as 100. what does this 100 repersent.

A cell with a value of 100 using hourly periodic rates in the Up Time field of an MTBF means that there would be on average 100 breakdowns in that hour, assuming immediate repair (0 down time). These pick lists are shared with other fields like the source's inter-arrival time, where this makes more sense (average of 100 arrivals in an hour).
