Invalid flowitem reference at destroy flowitem activity in ProcessFlow

Hello,

I am getting an this error after running my model for about 186 hours. However, it runs through the destroy object activity about 4-5 times before that without any errors. I didn't get this error before I installed the update.

I think the issue was that it was not able to get a reference to an object. Perhaps it was already destroyed, or something. But putting a "Breathe" 0 second delay activity just before the Destroy Object activity seems to give it enough time to get "caught up" in the logic.
