Gettin below error while trying to re-activate the license

No fulfillment records in trusted storage

Successfully installed anchor service for publisher flexsim, product Flexsim
Additional Info:
"The new driver is the same as or older than the installed driver so no upgrade is required."
Generating transfer request using:

You need to use the latest version of your activation id, not the one that ends in FSEDU7.5. With new FlexSim versions, your activation id gets upgraded to support the new version (and previous versions). You need to use the latest version of your activation id; the old ones no longer work.
