Robot picking parts

I am using a robot to pick 4 objects at a time. I have set the capcity of the robot to 4 four. How do i get the robot to pick all obects at once everytime. Using a a conveyor to feed a que that is grouping the objects into 4.

Can you send us your model or a sample model so that we can see exactly what is happening in the model? To answer your question without more specifics and/or a model would be a shot in the dark.

A larger Exit Transfer at one side and that's it.
