Token not moving (Start and stop a processor relative to photo eye status)

As shown in the model. I have two photo eyes used to change speeds of my downstream processor.

I want my PEspeedeye-logic.fsm2 to clear and change the speed on clear. However, in the process flow the token in not moving to change the assign label for the speed. If anyone can help me out. Thank you.

I think what is happening is the photo eye is never clear. There are so many items that it always is covered.

I'm hoping to better understand your process so I can come up with a solution. When should your model speed up/slow down?

Please find the attached.

It contains two photo eyes. Prime and a Run. Prime is meant when the products hit the prime eye, the LD process should start at 0.60 speed.

Depending upn upstream conditions, sometimes the parts accumulate and would hit the Run photo eye, which should ramp the LD up to 0.52 speed. However, when the Run PE is cleared and it is running smooth I want to kick back again to. I hope this helps.

Thanks. spedeye-logic.jpg

After looking more carefully at your model, it appears that the photo eye was requiring both a gap and a clear time in order to signal that it's no longer blocked. I've changed this to not require a clear time so that as soon as there's a gap, the photo eye will no longer be blocked (see the image below). This should now trigger the token in your process flow to be able to move through and change the processor speed.

@Tanner Poulton I agree, I tried changing that. The speed still wont kick back to normal (0.60). Perhaps some flaw in my process flow.
