How to make an item skip the particular process in the task sequence?

16822-16819-7012019-1.fsmHi,

I have this simple model where I am using a task sequence to let the platens/items enter the system. With the help of @Joshua S I was able to set the correct task sequence into my model but now I don't know how to make some few platens in the sequence miss few processes. For better explanation, please see the attached snippet:

After the AGV delivers the pallets onto the conveyor (connected to RFID tagged Pallet store), I want the Pallet type 2 and 3 to skip the Processor 1,2 and 3 and move to Processor 4. (For the pallt type reference, please see the picklist table on the attache model file.

I hope that I was able to make everyone understand what the problem is. I hope that you will be able to help me.

Also another question? Can we have bidirectional conveyors? Please advice

Thanks in advance

Hi @Jordan

Yes, the conveyor is capable of two directions. Here is an example model of the two-way conveyor.

@lokesh G I have created a table for the processor assignment based on pallet type. Here is the updated model.process-ts.fsm
