Bug report - People Module: Shared resource request count error

Hey guys.

I have found a potential bug in FlexSim 19 people module.

If I have a shared resource (In this case a location) and I use a zero-second timeout on the corresponding acquire activity, it results in a false Request content count in the statistics. It seems like the count does not decrease when a request times out.

I can confirm that this bug is fixed in 19.0.1 - That was some fast bug fixing.
