Missing item in the queue

Hi,

I have a case (attached below) which consists in one rack and three queue, I want to send the same quantity (4 units)of products to each queue using a transporter.

The transporter send 4 units to the queue number 1 correctly but in the queue number 2, if you pay attention in the time 2420s you will notice that the item (which was placed in the queue already) was moved to the rack suddenly without any advise or system error and it doesn't use the transporter. And it couldn't be because the queue 2 only have one output port downstream.

I have spent a lot of time looking for a reason but still don't understand why it happens.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you

There were some issues going on with changing the amount of items that need to be packed, which accounted for the need to hit run twice. There might have been some logic issues that stayed downstream from this problem which caused the double picking of the green pallet. I replaced the combiner with 2 queues, 2 lists, and a some process flow that functions the same as a combiner. It should run fine now.
