Why are Arriving patient not releasing kiosks?

dev-model-09-27-2019-1.fsm

When I set "Select Patient" to current.Group == 2

The model runs as expected, acquiring and releasing the kiosks.

But when I set "Select Patient" to current.Group == 3

The patient did not seem to be releasing the kiosks get stuck in the entrance.

I cannot find what is causing this.

The issue is with your Exam Table resource. PersonTrack_2 tries to acquire the Exam Table at time 67.89. That resource is set to get current.ExamTable, which for PersonTrack_2, is a blank string. You need to set that label to something valid, or set the Exam Table resource to use any member of the Exam Tables group.

The reason it was causing the behavior you saw is because a blank string is interpreted as a query, and that query doesn't filter any of the results. So you get something from the Locations list. In your case, you get kiosks.
