An object allotted to the "create object" is either altering or showing NULL

In brief, I'm working for a shopping mall simulation in which I need to simulate more than 5000 people for a day. The Flexsim project file size is 300MB. The problem here I'm facing is every time when I close and reopen the Flexsim project file, the object allocated in the create object command is altering and it sometimes get replaced with another object in flow items or it some times show NULL in the create object command as shown in the picture. (please find the attachment). Same happens to the walk commands too, the destination will be nothing, I mean the destination we give in walk command will be empty. All these alterations will happen every time I close and reopen the flexsim file. It happened in flexsim 19.2 version, I've updated to flexsim 2020 hoping it might not happen in the updated version but the problem again occurs.will the process flow expires if we don't open for a long time? @Jörg Vogel @Raja Sekaran @sebastian.hemmann @Matthew Gillespie

It's going to be hard to diagnose the problem without seeing the model. Can you strip stuff out of your model and send us a smaller model that still demonstrates the issue?

@Matthew Gillespie, the problem is not occurring in small models sir, that's why I'm unable to give you a sample model, forgive me for that. why will the flow items get altered in a model? can you help me out? Is there any effect of system specifications on this problem (BTW I'mhaving high-end configuration lap)

If you open that same model on a different computer do you see the same behavior?

In the Create Object activity, if you choose a flowitem to create it stores a number, the rank of the flowitem. So if you make changes to the flowitem bin it will affect what item it makes. If you delete some of the flowitems such that the number no longer corresponds to a flowitem it will display NULL.

In this image I selected Cylinder from the flowitem bin and you'll notice that in the tree it stored the number 2:

@Matthew Gillespie sometimes it happens to the walk commands too, the destination will be nothing, I mean the destination we give in walk command will be empty, is there any reason for this error?
