How to identify the Provider in the subflow track of the attached model?

2020-master-more-subflows-1.fsm

After reviewing all I could find in the help and the tutorials regarding acquiring a resource in a subflow, I am still unable to resolve a problem I have with the attached model. I have this segment of the process working in other versions of this model but I am unable to resolve the issue in this version.

The problem occurs when the very first patient goes to the exam table, has triage from the CMA, an exam from the MD, leaves the table and goes to check out. Unfortunately, the MD does not in the step that shown in the JPEG file attached..

Thanks any help that can be provided.

On the Split Activity check the Label Access on Parent Only checkbox. The parent token acquired the MD and by checking that box you're telling the child token to look at the parent token for labels and things that it acquired.

On a side note, have you tried the new container connector functionality in 20.0?

https://docs.flexsim.com/en/20.0/Reference/ProcessFlowObjects/Flowchart/#connectors

You can create connections between containers now without needing to make a connection between the activities themselves. It could be a useful feature if you want another way to organize a model.
