There is an article about installation problems. If the advices doesn't help, please come back here and describe what you have tried to come around the installation problems.
Try an installation with an *.msi file. Then the opc module isn't part of the installation process.
If you definitively need the Emulation Module in FlexSim, you must find out which other programs use the opc files. Then you have to identify those versions and uninstall the other program. It may occur that both programs don't simultaneously coexists on the same machine.
I had a similar problem in the past. I had to uninstall the other simulation program and I uninstalled the OPC core components separately by the windows installer from the command line. I hope you get faster to a successful installation of FlexSim.
