Hi I have a question about modelling a manufacturing process. I am creating a model where there is a long bottle conveyor before entering a combiner. When the combiner is going through a breakdown or if there is , I need to assigned some worker who will pack the bottle to the box and put it directly to the box conveyor.
I need some clue on how can I approach this model? I already created a 3D layout of my system. All help is appreciated.

I attached my simplified file below. As you can see the rate of the incoming bottle is higher than the combiner processing time. My idea is that in case there is a long line of bottle coming to the combiner through Bottle_Conveyor, the operator in the middle can do some manual packer of the bottles, pack it inside the preexisting box from Box_Source_2 and move it to Final_Conveyor.

In the meantime, I built an example that might do what you're looking for, assuming I understood correctly. When Combiner1 breaks down, it uses triggers to change ExitTransfer1's output port and then the operator starts unloading items on a different conveyor. I think this is what you were describing in your question, but I'm not sure. If it is, let me know and I'm happy to help implement something like this in your model once you've re-uploaded it.
