In the attached model, I Am trying to have the APP escort the patient to the checkout area, which in this case is the Check-in area, and stay with the patient until checkout is complete.

There were a few problems within resources and delay activities.
In both Resource "Front Desk PES" and "Front Desk PES B" the Cases were not filled out correctly. Originally it had said "Register1" and Register2" when there is nothing called that in the model. The following is how objects were named and how they should be filled out in the case.
Also in your second use of this resource, "Front Desk PES B", you call to use "Registers" in the Case Function when your resource in the process flow is singular "Register".
Another problem was in the Checkout Process Block in the Delay activity called "Check out". The second Object field was blank. I selected from the drop down options of last acquired staff from Front Desk PES B.
The last thing was having a location for your patient to exit at. I assigned the patient to exit at the ExitModelSpot in the walk activity "Patient walks to exit".
