transport and assign batch size from table

i want to transport the all item from the queue with constant load time and constant unload time but the batch size is from table not randomly

example

at queue 7 is the output of the processor and the queue 6 is where i need to collect a specific patch " the value of batch is from table " then stop collecting until the transporter transport the batch with a constant time = 15 s loading and unloading for all batches
