how to make folklift works just when transporter is stopped?

By Default, the transporter lift the folk while it is moving. I would like it just do this when it arrives the correct bay and then the folk starts to lift to the level.

The forklift rise is part of the offset travel. If you use pickoffsettask or placeoffsettask as a tasktype in the tasksequence you are able to set the ratio of the coordinate movement individually. Maybe you have to use the tasktypes more than once to limit the whole transporter action.
