I have a problem in picking up a part from a combiner using robot. This seems to be very simple but i dont understand why iam not able to figure out this. Please guide me this using process flow, i can do the same thing using connections.

Attached is your model with the changes that I've made. There were some references to some objects that were wrong and others missing. Take a look at the model and see if this is what you had in mind.
