How to set up downtime for maintenance?

Hello

I'm trying to set up downtime for maintenance, when 5 defective products are detected continuously, cutting machine shutdown for maintenance. (Five consecutive defective products can include length, outer diameter and width) I don't know how to set it. I have attached a model of what I have.

Thank you in advance. :)

You first define somewhere the limits for acceptance on each of the characteristics (length, diameter, width)

When the item is finished increment a label if the item is outside of the limits.

When the label reaches 5, stop the machine for a period and reset the count to zero.

When you have this in your model and have removed the exceptions post again if you're having any trouble with implementing that logic.

Hi @Jason Lightfoot

I had set limits and labels, but I don't know how to make the rule when defects appear continuity. Your suggested way is to accumulate the defects.

Thanks for your comments :)
