Order picking from the warehouse

I am having trouble modeling the order picking process in my warehouse. I would like the "Osoby kompletujace" (order completion pick operators) to pick one item at a time from the order that is in the "Zamowienie" (Orders) table and put it on the conveyor until the whole order is done. Can someone help me to do this in process flow?

Mrs. Martyna, I propose the following approach:

1. Schedule Source - the number of tokens corresponds to the number of orders (or, if you prefer, the number of rows in the "Orders" table)

2. Step two is to acquire the resource (Resource + Acquire Resource)

3. Run Sub Flow is run as many times as there are pieces of the product in each order

3a. Inside the procedure, I suggest using the "Find Item" block - this block will find the palette.

3b. The found pallet (its contents) is processed by us - we remove the products in the number we need or can. If we still lack products to complete the order, we have a feedback loop inside (Decide).

3c. The operator puts the products on the Conveyor.

4. After the subprocess is completed, the resource is released.

Pani Martyno, proponuję następujące podejście:

1. Schedule Source - liczba tokenów odpowiada liczbie zamówień (lub jak kto woli liczbie wierszy w tabeli "Zamówienia)

2. Krok drugi to zajęcie zasobu (Resource + Acquire Resource)

3. Run Sub Flow uruchomiony tyle razy ile sztuk produktu znajduje się w każdym zamówieniu

3a. Wewnątrz procedury proponuję skorzystać z bloku "Find Item" - blok ten znajdzie nam paletę.

3b. Znaleziona paleta (jej zawartość) jest przez nas przetwarzana - zdejmujemy produkty w liczbie jaką potrzebujemy, bądź jaką możemy. Jeżeli nadal brakuje nam produktów do ukończenia zamówienia to wewnątrz mamy pętlę zwrotną (Decide).

3c. Operator odkłada produkty na wejście na Conveyor.

4. Po realizacji podprocesu - zwolnienie zasobu (release).

I created this logic, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I suspect that the error is definitely in Find Item and I'm not entirely sure what the configuration of this block should look like. Could you check what the problem is, perhaps the blocks I referred to are incorrect. Thank you for your help!

FlexSim is case sensitive. In your findItem your query is :

WHERE PRODUKT == $1.KodArtykulu ORDER BY item.slot.slotItems.length ASC

but the label is named 'KODARTYKULU'.
