How I can make operators to pick up boxes from different rack?

Zahedan Warehouse -Senario2_autosave.fsmHi Dears

Please help me to make more than one operators to pick up boxes from level 1 and level 2 of different racks and after that make lift trucks to picks empty pallets and then make other lift trucks to pick pallets

from higher level of rack and unload on level1 and level2 of racks.
