Emulation - value behavior upon Reset

I have a model connected with OPC UA Server. When I click Reset in FlexSim, the value on the simulation change to initial value, but the value doesn't change on OPC side.

I also notice that connection is disconnected upon reset.

So, does the disconnect occur before the value reset? or
disconnect occur after value reset?

Do you not find that when you run the connection is re-establish and the correct value read from the OPC-UA server? If so, why do you need it to match in the reset, non-running state?

@Jason Lightfoot Thank you for your reply. It is not about reading value from OPC-UA server. When you click reset in FlexSim, the value change to its initial value (on FlexSim side), and the customer was wishing to apply that initial value to the OPC-UA. But currently it doesn't occur. So, we are guessing that upon reset, disconnect occur prior. If this is the case, it is fine for now. We just want to confirm if this behavior is the way it is designed.

It should be set when the model runs and the connection is re-established. Why do they want it reset when there is no connection?
