How to find a character which can be in the cell or in an array by query?

Hi !
I would like to identify lines that contain a '-' whether it is in the cell or in an array within the cell. In the exemple bellow, the result must be rows 4 and 5.
Which syntax could be useful ? Thanks in advance

Try it with "b" IN [Col 1]
