Experfit problem

One client has this problem with experfit where it does not allow to enter data.

Has anyone had this problem before? How can we fix it?

Hello @Julio R,

I reviewed other expert issues and the solutions on the forum. It seemed that making sure expert fit was installed correctly resolved the issue. ExpertFit issue - FlexSim Community. Could you see if this is the case for this issue?
