MTBF MTTR distributions in absence of data without ExpertFit

Perhaps the most useful feature in ExpertFit was creating MTBF MTTR distributions in absence of data, using any 2 of efficiency, mean downtime/time period, mean number of downs/time period. With ExpertFit being removed, is there anything in development with similar capability? It is not always feasible, or is otherwise not timely, to collect enough downtime data to create empirical distributions for MTBF MTTR.

Edit: It specifically took any 2 of 3 parameters (mean efficiency, average downtime, average number of downs per time), estimated MTBF and MTTR, and generated a gamma distribution from those values. The assumptions seem to be:

Location = 0 for Up Time and Down Time
Scale = MTBF*Shape for Up Time and MTTR/Shape for Down Time
Shape = 0.7 for Up Time and 1.3 for Down Time

I have active licenses shared to my FlexSim account. I do not see a way to add one of those to the Answers profile, if that is somehow different.
