As far as I am aware there is not currently a Spanish user manual, but Jorge Toucet might know. There is a Spanish textbook available here.

Por lo que sé, actualmente no hay un manual de FlexSim disponible en Español. Sin embargo, es posible que sepa @Jorge Toucet, nuestro compañero en Mexico. Aquí se encuentra un libro de texto en Español.
