Is it possible to change the order of items in a stacked block of a Process Flow?

Hi,

It seems that I would rather often want to change the order of elements in a stacked block in process flow and I think that using the scissors tool to separate, then reorder, and stack again is unnecessary complex. Is there some possible way to reorder elements by changing the rank of the elements somehow that I have missed or is it not possible currently without first using the scissors? I did not find any suggestion that this would be possible in the manual.

If it is not possible I would suggest that you would add it to a future release as it would be more user friendly in my opinion. I guess that FlexSim internally has the order of the elements in some kind of tree structure and it could be easy to add this functionality, e.g. by a adding a rank +/- button to the quick properties window of a stacked block or allowing the user to drag-drop change the order in the quick properties pane.

Thank you!

Kind regards,

Axel

In 16.2 we added this to the right click menu when clicking on a stacked block. You can move an activity up in the block, down, and remove it from the block.

Hi @Matthew

Great! Thank you! It would be great to add it to the manual if it is not there already and perhaps also add it to the quick properties window so that there are multiple ways of accessing this. As I did not understand to check the right-click menu.
