As @steven.hamoen mentions, permissions issues are a common problem. There are also other common problems that should also be checked outlined here:

Common startup and installation problems

Please check these 9 points. Most likely one of them will solve your issue. If not, please reply back to this post with your attachments and/or information from Windows Event Viewer (see point #9).

I followed the steps with no success. It is important to mention that Version 2016 was running with License of the company, and yesterday did not open. then I downloaded 2017 and did not open neither.

in the event viewer I see the following messages:

That looks like some sort of anti-virus software on your computer is preventing FlexSim from opening because of a crash within the Nvidia OpenGL driver.

Try updating your graphics driver. If you are using an Nvidia Quadro card, try changing your settings to 3D App - Game Development mode in the Nvidia Control Panel.

Also, you might try looking into the settings of whatever anti-virus software on your computer is blocking FlexSim to see if there is some way for you to whitelist the flexsim.exe application.

@EDGAR GONZALEZ

First you didn't attach the files you mentioned.

First thing that comes to mind is: Do you have all rights on the directories you install Flexsim in? Otherwise try to install it in a directory you do have all rights for
