The problem is not with the motor stopping or starting. The problem is that you have all your conveyors as non accumulating and because of the various flowitem sizes, causes the conveyors to malfunction without the motor connected to any conveyors (model -JN2). But if you make all the conveyors accumulating (model -JN1) it seems to work fine. I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish in this test model but see if making the conveyors accumulating will work for you.

Thanks.

Hi Jeff. thanks for your reply! yes with your method the molder works rightly. so the problem is if i use non accumulating conveyors to transport the the various sizes flowitem, what cause the conveyors to malfunction? is it something with the dog interval? should the dog interval be bigger than the longest flowitem xsize? the reason why i use the non accumulating conveyor is i want these sub conveyors to works like a whole blet conveyors, and if the dowstream area is not avaiable, these sub conveyors should stop conveying items forward.
