Can you make multiple Control Area work as single Control Area?

Because customers shopfloor is complex, the control area can not be simply described in square. Some areas needs to be defined in L shape or T shape. I suppose in this case, it is needed to use multiple control area to describe such control point (see below) In such cases, can we create such with processflow?

Is there somethings I should be careful about?

You could. Or you could use a single area and filter out the TE's that should not be considered by the control area (as we did in the TE3 example where it looped in and out of the area which could only allow one of TE1 orTE2).
