this is my model model-test7.fsm
I have an operator which is responsible for picking process. I made the operator routing cross all the aisle, collect 1st order and then came back from the same entrance point (mean routing:return policy).The problem is that some racks are inverted and i notice that this problem changed codes position, (for example number of bays). Lets say that i have code with type 119200 (like attached photo), in Bay 3, if i let rack like in 1st photo, operator collect code from the right side of next aisle (5th corridor from the left to right). While in 2nd photo, operator collect right code, but the bay of code change (bay counted from the side of the wall). The correct numbering of bays is in 1st photo. Im trying to have same bays numbering in racks like the 1st photo without invert racks. Does anyone have any idea?
