Hiding Shapes in FlexSim Webserver 2021

Hi,

I've been building models for use on the FlexSim webserver and believe I have found a bug. I noticed that the switch_hideshape command fails to correctly hide a given shape when using a FlexSim 21.0.3 model on FlexSim Webserver 21.0.0.

I have attached a simple model to show this. I'm using a basic dashboard to set the number of processors in the model (either 1 or 2) and then on the OnReset trigger of the second processor I use switch_hideshape to either hide or show the processor. The shape will be unhidden correctly in the webserver view but not hidden. However, inspecting the instance of FlexSim the shape has been hidden correctly. I.e. the shape is hidden but the view in the webserver does not correspond.

For reference I have a bigger model built in FlexSim 20.0.10 and have run it on FlexSim Webserver 18.2.0 which uses similar behaviour and it appears to work correctly.

Cheers,

Kyle

Thanks for the model and replication steps.

This was a bug caused by some WebGL streaming performance improvements that we added for FlexSim 20.2.

I've fixed the bug for the next 21.0 bugfix release.
