Hi

I'm trying to learn simulation to run a construction project and a solar project in Flexim.

Has anyone done an example of this so I can speed up the learning curve and give me some guidance?

thank you

You want to simulate a construction site. Vehicle deliver components, cranes place them in locations, workers assemble them. And workers install infrastructure elements.

it is doable in FlexSim. It is more an animation of a project, because I don’t see what benefit you can get from placing items in a queue. Maybe you have an assembly order that is not allowed to change. Or you build sub assemblies that you place together later.

Thank you

How to get the total project time through simulation? (For example, how many months will it take to observe 8 working hours)
