Cannot find the link to download older versions. please help in proving link to download older versions 21.0.2

If you go to the downloads section of your account page, you can click on "More Versions" to find older releases of FlexSim.

You can only download the latest bugfix version of each FlexSim release. Although there shouldn't be any compatibility problems between these versions. Are you running into issues with 21.0.7?

Hi @vignesh.s ,

You can only download older version of the software if you have a license connected to your account. If you have that you can see the "More Versions" button like in the picture below:

Hi @Patrick Zweekhorst i'm having the license installed in my local machine and im able to use the FlexSim software with license activated. But still i'm not getting the older version option to download it. Why is that so ? Any help on this would be appreciated. I'm using academic license and its not mapped to my email id I think so. Is there any way i can download previous versions.

To see the "More Versions" button, you need a license on your FlexSim Account that is logged into the flexsim.com website. Whether the FlexSim software on your computer has a license is irrelevant. What matters is what shows up in the Licenses webpage when you are logged into the website. See FlexSim Version Numbering - FlexSim Community

Also, even if you could see the "More Versions" button, you wouldn't find FlexSim 21.0.2. Only the latest bugfix versions are available for download. The latest bugfix version of FlexSim 21.0 is FlexSim 21.0.7, which you can download with or without the "More Versions" button. Why do you need FlexSim 21.0.2 instead of 21.0.7?

Hello @vignesh.s,

Considering you are using an academic license that is tied to your organization's account and not your account we do not have a way to enable you to download previous versions such as 21.1.5. However, you are asking to download 21.0 which is available in your downloads (it's the right option). You will notice that it is 21.0.7. Like Phill Bobo mentioned below it would be good for you to understand what the numbering means, so follow that link for a good explanation.

Hi @Phil BoBo The reason im looking for 21.0.2 is the model i was given was built in 21.0.2. All though i know that 21.0.7 should also show all the features same as it is a bug fix version. There is some missing features which i really need.

The queryhandlers that has some written functions in the 21.0.2 version are not visible when i open the same model in 21.0.7 version. Is there any way i can see them in 21.0.7 version

Model -> serverInterface -> queryhandlers -> somescripts

If those nodes aren't in the model in 21.0.7, they won't be there in 21.0.2. Nothing about 21.0.7 is going to remove queryhandler nodes from the tree.

Your problem isn't the FlexSim version. It is the model version. If those nodes are gone, then they've been removed from the model and then the model has been saved without them.
