Can flexsim enterprise read and edit Flexsim HC files?

No, FlexSim HC has its own DLL of code that's not included in standard FlexSim. Opening an HC model in standard FlexSim will result in a lot of error messages.
We are working on improving the People module in upcoming releases to bring over the functionality that we like from HC into standard.
