I can't open flexim 2018, on old version 7.3.4. help me please.

Can you provide any more information? Did the install of 2018 appear to go correctly? What is the error you're receiving when you try and open the program? How far does it get before the error is display? What windows are you running? etc

In my computer I have Flexsim 2018 on windows 7, but in my university (the place that I have to present my project they had Flexim 7.3.4. So, I worked on flexsim 2018, but I can't open my project on Flexim 7.3.4. It's not compatible and thats a big problem for me. When I open my document on Flexsim 7.3.4 the window look empty and if I want to add something (like a processor), the window isn't adding something.

This is correct and by design. You can't open models saved in later versions of FlexSim in earlier versions. The versions aren't compatible. Data structures have changed, new objects/features have been added etc. Models are only forwards compatible. You'll have to use a different computer at your university or rebuild the model in FlexSim 7.3.4.
