It is a graphic card driver problem. There are some driver version that works and other not. I had this problem after Windows updated the intel graphic driver. Unfortunately Windows Update & Upgrade does not install always the latest driver of Intel DCH driver center. Please try a different driver version. The latest drivers for Intel Graphic Cards work pretty well.
