Faulty graphics & crashing

Hello to everyone.

I recently purchased an new PC. Intel Celeron J4105, 8 GB RAM, SSD , Intel UHD 600 integrated graphics card.

After trying to install version 19.2.3 (64 & 32 bit) 19.2.4 (64 & 32 bit) 20.1.3 I always have the same problems.

Program crashes after loading the first screen.

When loading a model in order to avoid that crashing, the program starts and appear the model with faulty graphics. I attach a screenshot.

After searching in the forum, and tweaking properties of graphics but the result is similar.

I mention that installed the latest graphics drive from the manufacturer's site.

I wonder if there is a solution or stop trying because of incompatibility.

But I can't understand this incompatibility since I use Flexsim in a laptop pc with lower hardware characteristics.

I had the same problem with the actual newest driver. The previous driver version works well.

I am not sure if the build for your driver is identically

Build 27.20.100.8190 works!

Build 27.20.100.8280 works not!

Thank you very much. I am going to rollback to that version of driver to check it.

Unfortunately, I think it may be that the graphics card does not meet the system requirements. Can you open an empty FlexSim model (one without 3D objects) and add some objects with basic functionality?

Based on this website's criteria, the Intel UHD 600 has a benchmark score of 324. The FlexSim System Requirements states that the minimum graphics card is the Intel HD 510, which has a benchmark score of 617. I'm afraid that the Intel UHD 600 may not be sufficient to render many complex FlexSim graphics.
