Freight train speed changes in GIS

Hello,

I am trying to reproduce freight transport in FlexSim using GIS.

I am trying to change the speed of the train to make the simulation more realistic, but when I change the speed and accelation(or deceleration) from the "Travel" property, it is not reflected in the simulation.

In other words, there is no change in the arrival time.

I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to change the train speed.

Thank you in advance,

Takumi Hasegawa

Speed/Travel time along a GIS route are determined by the settings for that route. Task Executer speeds are not used.

If you need different speeds per traveller, you can have a look at the workaround of using a delay after the travel finishes.

And maybe also upvote this idea to make it more likely that it will get implemented eventually.

Thank you for your reply.

As you replied, I was able to get realistic results by changing settings such as "Duration" and "Distance".

Best Regards,
