Facing problem in reinstalling the Flexsim

Dear Sir,This is bring to your notice that we have 10 user licence of Flexsim at NIT Jalandhar. Inadvertently, the server for the same has been formatted by the lab assistant. Now we are facing problem in reinstalling the same. Please help us to restore the same.

Anish,

I looked and could not find the person who has your license under their login. You need to post another question, which is PRIVATE (see below), where you include the License Activation ID and/or the account of the holder of your license. Make sure you post the question as private, that way only FlexSim employees can see the question and your license information.

Once we have your license information, we can do a return on your license. Then you will just have to reinstall it just like you did originally.

Do NOT post your information to this post. Make a new PRIVATE question to send us your information.

Anish,

I was just now able to locate your license information. I did a return on your license so you should now just be able to reinstall it. You do not need to send me the information I asked for above. Just reinstall your license on your server as you originally did.
