Load boxes at the same time and assign time to robot cycle

Hello to everyone.

I hope you're doing very well.

Here is my case:

The robot is picking different quantities of flowitems based on a cycle ( @Jeff Nordgren helped me with this yesterday and I'm really grateful). So, the cycle is as follows: 3 boxes first, then 3 boxes more and finally 2 boxes, and repeat until infite (always 3-3-2). I still need to make two upgrades more:

1) The robot must pick up the group of boxes at once, I mean, at the same time. For example: by now, the robot is picking up (loading) three boxes, but it's doing it individually (box by box). I want the robot to take the group of boxes as if the were a batch (and unload the boxes the same way) respecting the cycle for these flowitems (3-3-2 until infinite).

2) I want to know if it is posible to assing a time to the robot cycle, because I need that the robot cycle is no greater than 7.5 seconds regardless of whether there are 3 boxes or 2 boxes to be picked up waiting on "Queue2".

If you need to erase one element, please do not hesitate on doing it.

If you need me to downgrade the document version, please let me know.

I would be really greatfull if you could help me. I'm new at this software and I'm really excited about all the posibilities it can bring to us.

Thanks in advance.

I'm attaching the document :)

I think I answered your question here but I used a total load and unload time of 1.5 seconds. I made the changed in the attached model to use a total time of 7.5 seconds instead. This can be found in the OnEntry trigger of Queue2.

Will this solution work for you?

Thanks,
