You are trying to translate these UI elements, correct?

The text in the picture is set via code using text that can't be translated right now.

The code is in the following nodes:

VIEW:/pages/shared/Triggers/Panel>eventfunctions/populateTriggers

and

VIEW:/pages/shared/Triggers/Panel>variables/listItemTemplates/Trigger>eventfunctions/onPreOpen

We will need to adjust how this works so that you can translate that text. I'll add a case to the development list.

The tooltips shown in that view are defined in the library. You can translate those nodes right now just fine.

For example:
