How to retrieve average batch waiting time in a queue

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had an idea how to find the waiting time of a batch in a queue? Currently I looked to the average staytime in the quick properties window, but I feel this is not an accurate representation of the batch waiting time.

In the attachment I added my model. Batches enter the system and wait in Queue4. The batch size employed is 1266 units. I would like to know the average waiting time for all the batches that enter the Queue (if this is even possible).

See if this works for you, it uses 1 object as the representation of all the objects in for each batch. This allows the wait for event in the process flow to be triggered when that item enters Queue2. The statistics are based off the zone.
